I catch up with Andreas Klier, one of the DS's for the team and we talk about his love of painting, I delve deep into the world of sustainability and all things kit with Tom Long who is the Team & Athletes Manager at Rapha and finally I chat about food and nutrition with the Head Chef of the team, Owen Blandy.
